The Role

We're seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Channel Marketing Manager to lead our fast-paced Consumer Marketing strategy and execution, with a critical focus on our Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) channels and maximizing patient enrollment. In this pivotal role, you'll be a central figure in defining and executing Lark's ambitious growth strategies within the PBM ecosystem, driving enrollment and engagement from new and existing partner populations.

You will serve as the primary liaison with key PBM partners, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of marketing assets tailored to PBM member populations. You’ll own end-to-end execution of consumer-facing campaigns—from awareness to enrollment, engagement, and retention—including creative development, setup, QA, launch, and performance reporting.

This is a highly collaborative role that demands exceptional leadership and coordination with both external PBM partners and cross-functional internal teams, including our talented design, copy, marketing operations, and strategy teams.

What You’ll Do

  • PBM Partner Strategy & Engagement: Lead marketing representation in critical external PBM partner meetings, confidently sharing strategic campaign updates, enrollment performance insights, and proactively addressing partner needs and challenges specific to their member base.

  • PBM-Specific Asset Development & Management: Collaborate closely with account management and directly with external PBM partners to proactively define, develop, and deliver essential marketing assets (e.g., mailers, digital ads, web content) that resonate with PBM members and align with their unique communication channels and compliance requirements.

  • Enrollment Campaign Ownership: Own the end-to-end execution of high-impact consumer enrollment campaigns specifically designed for PBM channels, driving new user acquisition and activation.

  • Support Sales & Business Development: Act as a key marketing resource by contributing to RFPs and crafting compelling sales presentations to support new PBM partnerships and expand existing relationships.

  • Advanced Performance Analytics & Enrollment Insights: Lead campaign performance tracking across daily to quarterly cadences, with a focus on PBM enrollment and engagement metrics. Translate data into actionable insights and present results to PBM stakeholders to demonstrate ROI and guide strategy.

  • Compliance & PBM Governance: Partner closely with legal and other stakeholders to ensure all marketing materials consistently adhere to government and compliance regulations.

  • Strategic Problem-Solving for Enrollment Barriers: Use strategic thinking to identify and resolve complex campaign or enrollment issues—often involving PBM partners—to ensure smooth launches and ongoing funnel optimization.

What You’ll Need

  • PBM & Healthcare Marketing Experience: Proven background in healthcare marketing with significant experience focused on Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) channels and driving patient/member enrollment initiatives.

  • DTC & Enrollment Leadership: Track record of leading direct-to-consumer campaigns that deliver measurable enrollment and activation in complex healthcare environments.

  • Detail-Oriented & Compliance-Driven: Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in navigating PBM compliance and executing flawless member communications.

  • Analytical Acumen for Conversion: Strong analytical skills with a focus on enrollment funnel performance and conversion optimization.

  • Agile Mindset & Adaptability: Thrives in dynamic environments; quickly adapts to evolving PBM partner needs and market shifts.

  • Strategic Problem Solver & Influencer: Effectively resolves complex challenges related to PBM integration and enrollment, influencing stakeholders at all levels.

  • Marketing Leadership: Extensive experience in channel, lifecycle, and CRM marketing, ideally within PBM or healthcare-focused organizations.

  • Marketing Automation Proficiency: Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, especially in managing member journeys and driving enrollment.
