The Role
Lark is seeking a talented, Regional Vice President, PBM Sales to join our team! In the role, you will support and establish national benefit consultant relationships to drive sales through our PBM partners. There is a strong focus on new customer acquisition that will require the core skills of lead generation, sales development, partnership identification, and contract negotiation.
What You'll Do
Working through our PBM partners; identifying opportunities, cultivating the relationship, and securing partnerships
Work with our clinical team to drive and expand the PBM partnerships
Establishes joint target list and maintains a pipeline of sales opportunities with the PBM’s
Identify and foster interest and awareness about Lark with channel partners that work directly with Employer HR, benefits, and total reward executives, example companies include - WTW, and Mercer
Identify and gain participation in high-quality RFP opportunities and drive to completion
Drive contracting process from start to finish for new clients
Collaborate with marketing teams to drive external content and communication materials based on market feedback
Provide perspective and competitive intelligence to help drive the PBM and channel strategy
What You Need
Demonstrated success in PBM sales
Experience working with large benefit consulting firms
Know how to navigate and work with benefit consultants
Skilled in delivering value propositions clearly and concisely through effective storytelling
Adept at thriving in a lean environment, managing multiple opportunities simultaneously, and self-directing in a collaborative, low-process work setting
Documented history of consistently achieving sales goals via enterprise sales and channel partner acquisition
Strong emotional intelligence (EQ) and extensive experience working with clients, external partners, and internal product and marketing teams
Excellent communication skills; verbal, written, and strong presentation skills

The specific salary offered to a candidate will depend on various factors, including their location, job level, and verified job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
