We’re looking for a Customer Support Manager, focused delivering world-class customer support to our users.
What you will do

The job
We’re looking for a Customer Support Manager, focused delivering world-class customer support to our users.
What you will do
- Support our customers every day.
- Working with the rest of the team, develop the customer support function from the ground up.
- It's the first dedicated customer support role at Relevance AI. So it's a very rare opportunity to really have a huge impact.
- Work with the team to ensure that our guides and documentation are up to date.
- Deploy AI Agents to help you deliver world class customer support.
- Experience as a Customer Support Manager in a SAAS B2B environment.
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to quickly get up to speed with the developments of a rapidly changing product.
- Accountability for customer-centric outcomes. If you’ve owned and drove a number, tell us all about it.
- A growth-mindset. We value hard work, resilience, and those that are eager to learn from feedback.
- A proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
- A keen interest in Generative AI.
