Role at a Glance:

At Paystand, we're on a mission to reboot the broken financial system using blockchain and decentralized finance (DeFi). As the Partner Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of that mission—leading our tech alliances strategy and activating high-impact partner programs that extend our reach and drive revenue across our B2B payment network.

This is a strategic and collaborative role. You’ll own the marketing side of our tech alliances, working hand-in-hand with VAR Partners of companies like Microsoft, Acumatica and other ecosystem partners to build, grow, and scale joint go-to-market initiatives. You’ll also lead key cross-functional campaigns that support CFO-level messaging and help position Paystand as the leader in decentralized payments for business.

Responsibilities:

Tech Alliance Strategy & Execution

  • Partner with Demand Generation and Channel Partner Managers to craft and lead a scalable tech alliances marketing strategy that aligns with Paystand’s growth goals.
  • Prioritize high-value partners and co-develop go-to-market motions based on market opportunities and mutual value.

Relationship Management & Enablement

  • Serve as the primary marketing contact for our key tech partners—building deep relationships with stakeholders across VAR Partners for companies like NetSuite, Sage, Microsoft and Acumatica.
  • Run regular syncs, QBRs, and partner planning sessions that align marketing goals and drive shared outcomes.

Joint Campaigns & Co-Marketing

  • Plan and execute integrated partner campaigns that drive pipeline and adoption.
  • Lead the end-to-end process from ideation to delivery: messaging, creative, budget, execution, and performance tracking.
  • Support “to-partner” communications, including partner portal content, onboarding materials, and enablement resources.

Content & Collateral Creation

  • Collaborate with content, product marketing, and design to produce impactful partner-focused materials like case studies, landing pages, solution briefs, blogs, and videos.
  • Ensure alignment across the funnel—from awareness to conversion.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Define KPIs and report on program performance.
  • Use data to uncover insights, optimize programs, and share results with internal and external stakeholders.

Events, Webinars & Conferences

    • Lead our presence at key partner and industry events—planning sponsorships, coordinating speaking sessions, and representing Paystand in the ecosystem.
    • Co-host partner webinars and virtual campaigns to extend reach and generate demand.

Qualifications​

  • 5+ years experience in partner marketing, ideally in SaaS, B2B, or fintech
  • Proven track record developing joint GTM strategies and growing tech alliances
  • Experience working with ecosystem partners like NetSuite, Sage, Microsoft, Acumatica, etc.
  • A strong understanding of finance, ERP systems, or the fintech landscape
  • Excellent collaboration skills—you know how to build trust and alignment across functions
  • Skilled at juggling long-term strategy and short-term execution
  • Strong writing chops and the ability to translate complex concepts into crisp, engaging messaging
  • Data-driven mindset—comfortable using Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana (or similar tools) to track performance
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked in blockchain, payments, or DeFi environments.
