  • Ensure smooth handover from deployment to operations with proper knowledge transfer

2. Mobile Telecom Network Architecture

  • Work across full mobile network architecture and network elements (NEs)

  • Support technologies across 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, and Fixed Wireless Access (FWA)

  • Manage core network functions including:

    • Packet Core

    • IMS Core

    • Charging & Policy

    • Registration & Subscriber Repositories

  • Apply deep knowledge of telecom protocols and architectures

  • Implement and maintain FCAPS (Fault, Configuration, Accounting, Performance, Security) frameworks

3. Cloud-Native Deployment

  • Deploy and operate telecom infrastructure in cloud-native environments

  • Work with platforms including AWS, Azure, OpenShift, and VMware

  • Configure and manage infrastructure templates (e.g., Heat, YAML)

  • Ensure adherence to deployment standards and best practices

4. Process Improvement & Automation

  • Continuously improve deployment and operational processes

  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, reliability, and scalability

  • Support development of infrastructure-as-code and automation frameworks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Networking, or related field

  • 15+ years of experience in network architecture, wireless networking, and virtualization

  • Strong experience with cloud networking and infrastructure platforms (AWS, Azure, OpenShift, VMware)

  • Excellent technical documentation and communication skills

  • Strong troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support experience

  • Familiarity with AI fundamentals and their application in network operations is a plus

  • Relevant technical certifications are an asset
