About the Role
You're an experienced product leader who has owned strategy and roadmaps for customer facing digital products. This is a senior individual contributor role working globally across Product, Design, Engineering, external partners and senior leaders, including Executives. You'll need to communicate clearly, bring people with you and be comfortable making calls when there isn't an obvious answer. Your impact is measured by how much better the organization works because of you (the standards you set, the teams you unblock and the cross-team conflicts you resolve), not only by the products you ship yourself.
Key Responsibilities
Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap across multiple connected product areas, translating company goals into aligned OKRs across teams.
Stay ahead of market shifts, competitive threats and the wider insurtech and embedded distribution ecosystem, and spot cross-team risks and conflicts early. Unblock multiple teams at once by resolving conflicts, dependencies and unclear ownership before they affect delivery.
Set the standards and design the frameworks for discovery, experimentation, prioritization and measurement that other teams adopt, changing how the Product organization works and not just your own area.
Turn complex, multi-source data into clear insight, using hypothesis-driven development to de-risk major investments.
Make high-stakes trade-offs across a portfolio of initiatives, favoring long-term value over short-term output.
Shape how AI is used in our products and ways of working, balancing innovation with privacy, ethics and compliance.
Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing and external partners, and align senior stakeholders and Executives through clear, data-informed narratives.
Coach and mentor other Product Managers on discovery, PRDs, presentation clarity and stakeholder alignment, and set the standard for product documentation.
Skills & Experience
What you will bring:
10+ years of Product Management experience, with a focus on technical product management and ownership of strategy and roadmaps for customer facing digital products.
A track record of building and scaling platforms in a fast-paced technology environment, with measurable business outcomes at scale.
Deep expertise in discovery, experimentation and evidence-based decision-making, including frameworks that other teams have adopted.
Hands-on experience using and shipping with generative AI, and already using it in your own product work, with a thoughtful approach to ethics, privacy and compliance.
Experience with complex enterprise systems and data integration, particularly B2B SaaS. Insurtech, fintech, travel or e-commerce experience is highly advantageous.
Experience coaching and mentoring other Product Managers.
Experience in high-growth SaaS startups or similar global tech companies.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical field.
What you will have:
The ability to influence senior leaders and Executives, and to communicate complex ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing.
Strategic thinker who connects the dots across products, markets and customers.
High autonomy and a strong sense of ownership, with a "good enough is not enough" mentality.
Result-driven, with a focus on measurable business impact.
Proactive: spots risks and opportunities early and acts on them.
Balances customer empathy with commercial outcomes.
-
Calm under pressure and in ambiguity, with a positive approach to change.
