At Cover Genius, our Strategy team drives the identification of strategic targets and manages the assessment, negotiation, execution and integration of acquisitions. We provide strategic and analytical support to the business to help shape, refine and operationalize the company growth strategy.
What we do
Global M&A and strategic investment strategy
Support achievement of strategy through effective financial planning and analysis.
Company financial forecasts, budgets, key company metrics
Work with the executive team and functional leaders to set KPIs and targets.
Deliver special projects and strategic initiatives across the business
Support negotiations, due diligence, business integration and corporate development.
Why we do it
We’re passionate about strategy and the insurtech world! Our goal is to drive expansion through strategic mergers and acquisitions and shape the company growth strategy. The work of the Strategy team was pivotal to successfully securing our Series C in 2021, which our CEO spoke about on Bloomberg TV. We were also the lead investor in insurtech startup Ensuredit’s latest funding round, and will continue to make strategic investments in the space to support the growth of the business.
