About the role
As a Partner Growth Manager on our Partner Services Team, you will own key relationships with enterprise and mid-market partners, working with them to identify additional revenue opportunities then project managing the required changes with internal and external teams.
To drive success in this role, you will have a successful track record in developing and executing growth strategies. As a Partner Growth Manager you will identify growth opportunities and develop new and creative growth strategies to further increase our partner’s total transaction value or insurance revenue eg. through product launches in new regions or new lines of business. Regular collaboration with Client Solution Engineers, Product Management Insurance Product Team, Data Scientists and Designers will be key in ensuring partner growth initiatives goals are achieved.
This role will be based in our Sydney office and will be a hybrid working role. What does hybrid mean here at CG? Monday, Tuesday and Friday collaboration in office. You can enjoy plenty of flexibility with the added benefit of one wellness day a month available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for our partners to grow their insurance revenue
- Collaborate with designers and other team members to optimise user expereince and create new insurance experiences
- Work with data teams to identify insights, trends and correlations and optimise pricing and UI based on these findings
- Evaluate emerging best practices and optimisation strategies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Run quarterly QBRs with C-suite of our partners to present growth ideas/opportunities and gain buy in from senior leadership
- Own the solution design of the integration process and work with partners to design the most optimised solution
- Develop trusted advisor status and strong relationships with partners and related stakehholders
- Monitor solution data, analyse and forecast where possible. Provide commentary or advice to partners accordingly.
Skills & Experience: what you will bring
- 4-6 years experience and a demonstrated passion for growth hacking techniques
- Deep understanding of optimisation strategies - especially conversion rate optimisation, price optimisation, A/B testing
- Experience in client or partner-facing roles or considerable exposure to executives and founders
- Experience in high growth B2B2C firms in sales and account management
- Experience in data analysis and providing commentary would be advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, A postgraduate degree and/or record of academic achievement is also desirable
- Experience in a fast growing tech or financial services organisation.
- Experience managing partners and unlocking growth through shared initiatives.
- Strong people, communication and project management skills
- Expert problem-solving skills.
- Passion for enhancing systems, processes and feedback loops.
- Analytical experience telling stories and convincing stakeholders with data.
