We are a fast growing Series A backed startup building the Home of the AI Workforce. Our mission is to enable the next doubling in human prosperity by delegating as much work as possible to the AI Workforce, a team of AI agents working together in a Multi-agent system.

We are a team of 30+, growing fast and based in Sydney and San Francisco, California, we have raised $15M+ to date from leading VCs like Insight Partners and Peak XV.

The job

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager (Recruiters), focused on the growth of our flagship AI Agents. These AI agents are recruited by our customers to complete end-to-end tasks. Our current flagship Agent is Bosh, the AI BDR, but we intend to launch many more in the near future.

We are pioneering a new way of working and will need to pioneer a new way of product marketing. We will be launching new AI agents in new verticals like other companies launch features. If this excites you, we’d love to hear from you.

What you will do

  • Develop and refine the positioning and messaging for our flagship AI Agents.
  • Own the launches of our flagship AI agents.
  • Create and deliver sales enablement materials and training to support the sales team.
  • Be the expert of the customer. Conduct research In order to both support the development of these AI agents and determine how we go to market.
  • Develop narratives to enable us to become thought leaders and clearly explain the differentiation for each AI agent in their respective vertical.
  • Lots of creating, writing, and doing what needs to be done. Everyone at Relevance AI is hands-on, and this role is no exception.
  • Support our partner program.

What You Will Need?

  • Experience as a Product Marketer in a B2B software company with a sales-led GTM motion.
  • Excellent copywriting skills are a requirement for this role.
  • An expert in running cross-functional projects. You will work with every area of the business.
