About the Role
As a Talent Sourcer on our Talent Acquisition Team, you will own identification and engagement with potential candidates in order to support global hiring needs across all departments.
In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying and engaging with potential candidates, managing recruitment logistics, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Key objectives include streamlining candidate communications, scheduling interviews, managing recruitment data, and contributing to continuous improvement of our sourcing and recruitment strategies. Regular collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers to develop and implement sourcing strategies that meet our company's talent acquisition needs
What will your day look like? You will...
- Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through various sourcing channels
- Maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates for future hiring needs.
- Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance sourcing methodologies and recruitment processes
- Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics to ensure a smooth recruitment process
- Manage communication with candidates, providing information and updates regarding the recruitment process
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop sourcing strategies
- Assist in developing and maintaining recruitment metrics and reports
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience
- Maintain applicant tracking system, ensuring candidate information is up-to-date
- Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and posting jobs on various platforms
- Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, including documentation and expense processing.
To help us level up, you'll ideally have:
- 2 or more years of experience in a recruitment or HR role, a focus on sourcing or research.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or SmartRecruiters.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., social media recruiting, Boolean search).Basic knowledge of recruitment metrics and how to use data to inform sourcing strategies.
- Competency in handling administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as scheduling interviews, coordinating travel arrangements for candidates, and maintaining recruitment records.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, A postgraduate degree and/or record of academic achievement is also desirable

Salary Range
The base salary range for this role is between $66,500 and $91000. The total compensation package also includes equity, and the opportunity for additional earnings through our annual bonus or variable commission plans.
